We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange site visits, prepare quotations and, if you proceed, to plan and deliver the work. Submitting the form also sends a notification to our business mailbox so the enquiry can be picked up promptly.

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing and we will never sell your data.

Lawful basis

We process your enquiry details on the basis of your consent (given via the enquiry form checkbox) and, where work proceeds, because it is necessary for a contract with you. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If you would like your enquiry removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.
